Refund Policy

At Labourden Private Limited ("Labourden," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for services booked through our platform. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Cancellation and Refunds

Customer Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel a service booking up to 1 hours/days before the scheduled service time.

  • Refund Eligibility: If a cancellation is made within the specified cancellation period, Labourden will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made outside the cancellation period may not be eligible for a refund, at Labourden's discretion.

Service Provider Initiated Cancellations

  • Service Provider Unavailability: In the event that a Service Provider cancels a booking due to unavailability or other reasons, Labourden will initiate a full refund to the original payment method.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10  business days of the cancellation request.

  • Notification: Customers will receive email notification once the refund has been processed.

  • Refund Amount: The refunded amount will be equal to the total amount paid for the service, minus any applicable service fees.

3. Exceptions

Labourden reserves the right to withhold refunds in the following circumstances:

  • No-Show: Customers who fail to be present at the scheduled service time ("no-show") may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Incomplete Services: If a Service Provider initiates the service but is unable to complete it due to circumstances beyond their control, Labourden may offer a partial refund based on the extent of the service completed.
