4. Use of the Platform

5. Services

Labourden connects Customers with Service Providers for various on-demand services. Service Providers are independent contractors and are not employees of Labourden. Labourden does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Service Providers.

6. Payments

Customers agree to pay for the services requested through the Platform. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Labourden may charge a service fee for the use of the Platform.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel a service request within a specified timeframe as outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Service Provider Screening

Labourden conducts screening processes to verify the credentials and background of Service Providers. However, Labourden does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by Service Providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are the property of Labourden or its licensors. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission from Labourden.

10. Limitation of Liability

Labourden is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or the services provided by Service Providers. Labourden's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Labourden harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Labourden reserves the right to terminate or suspend a User's account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Shipping Policy

Scope: This Shipping Policy applies to any physical products or materials that may be required for the services offered on the Platform.

Shipping Costs: If any products, such as spares or tools, are necessary for completing a service, Labourden will inform the Customer of the associated costs before purchase. These costs will be clearly stated, and delivery will only proceed with the Customer's approval.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times for these products will be communicated to the Customer at the time of approval and may vary based on the delivery location and product availability.

Shipping Methods: Labourden uses reputable third-party courier services to deliver any required products. The choice of courier service is at Labourden's discretion. These products will be available alongside the services provided, but they will be shipped separately only if the Customer requests it.

Tracking: Customers will be provided with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Delays: Labourden is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: In case of damaged or lost shipments, Customers should contact Labourden immediately to resolve the issue. Labourden will work with the courier service to investigate and address the situation promptly.

Future Services: In the future, Labourden may offer a range of products directly through the Platform. Any changes to this policy to accommodate such offerings will be communicated to the Customers.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

Labourden reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
